What is better? ESEA vs. FaceIt (Your opinion)

Heyo guys, as you can read in the topic title, I want to know what is better ESEA or FaceIt. Can you please tell me your experience with ESEA or FaceIt? If it will help a little bit, I'm from Czech Republic(Middle Europe).

Thanks! (:

EDIT: I mean paid version of FaceIt/ESEA! Sorry for not telling that! (:

EDIT2: And what about CEVO? Does someone play CEVO here? (And yes, paid CEVO)
