Help about taking in my new bike bought from an auction to a dealer after the 1000km break in period

I was lucky enough to receive a Ducati SF848 as a gift recently, and I'm almost at the end of the 1000km break in period for my bike. It was bought at an auction, so I'm pretty sure there is no warranty on it. Will a dealership still accept the bike to do the check up on it? I assume it'll cost me quite a bit.

Also, how long would it take for them to do the maintenance on it?
