You're drastically misusing/overusing commas in the piece, to the point that all but the final line is a single run on sentence.  In the final line, the apostrophe should be placed between n and t in ain't, not after the t.  Also, ain't is singular, whereas feelings are plural - so the line would properly read either 'feeling ain't nice' or 'feelings aren't nice'.  Similar issues with contractions can be found throughout the piece.  

Despise is a verb, not a noun.  The rhyme scheme needs work as well - per stanza, it reads as ABCDB, ABCB, and ABCD.  I'd recommend picking one and sticking with it; if this is meant to be free verse, the more work is needed to really show that in the piece.  

What's the relationship of her, him and the narrator?  It's not well fleshed out so far, but appears to be something like 'her' is the narrator's ex and 'him' is the current SO.

Thankyou so much, im still pretty amateur when it comes to this. Was feeling kinda down last night so put I it to paper. 

I guess the tenth line was more about the word play between real eyes (seeing) and realise (actually realising what you can see - or not in this case) and when something is so past fixable it should be killed (die).

On the whole, not bad. I like the third party perspective that comments on what it sees in the two characters, and I like keeping the rhyme throughout, but at varying intervals. A few things:

I'm not sure if "despise" works as a noun in the fourth line.

The tenth tripped me up a bit reading. Is there some missing punctuation that might clear it up?

On the whole, not bad at all. The mood was consistent and clear.

The soft tone of her voice,  
The sadness in her eyes,  
A curtain,  
A shadow,  
An epiphany of despise,


He claims he is sorry,  
He claims he always tries,  
I see straight through him,  
His bullshit and his lies,
