I feel like his eyes should be looking up towards the camera. Good job on the lighting, though!

You should've at least enabled shadows. You got the light colors right though.
I had shadows on and I didn't use sfm. I used blender internal.
Odd, I can't spot any.
That's because my lighting consisted by suns only
Then my tip for you would be to try and use regular lights, without shadows the image looks really empty and unprofessional.
