[Shielding: Remote Neural Monitoring] Copper mesh does not shield brain zapping during sleep but does shield remote neural monitoring while awake

Thanks to u/PhoenixTarget for submitting a drawing of body shielding which included layers of copper mesh inside a helmet:

Copper mesh:

I layered 20 feet of copper mesh inside my helmet. No shielding from brain zapping while I slept.

I cut the mesh in half. I layered ten feet inside my wool cap. Though my cap is tall, the height was filled up with the copper mesh. I layered the mesh inside a fishing hat. The fishing hat falls off when I look down. When the fishing hat does stay on my head, the copper mesh does shield from remote neural monitoring.

I had considered purchasing an RF shielding Australian hat with a higher crown and a chin cord from http://no4u. The chin cord would keep the hat on while awake and asleep. I looked at it again but did not want to wait for over seas shipping.

I typed 'Australian hat' on Amazon. Another search term is 'outback.' The Dorfman-Pacific Weathered Cotton Outback Hat With Chin Cord has a four inch high crown.

I will layer the copper mesh inside the hat and tape over it with several layers of copper foil tape.

Recommendations of other hats with high crowns and a chin strap?

Update:

Torturers increased the pressure on the top of my head to penetrate the copper mesh. Remote neural monitoring resumed. On June 5, 2016, I cut the copper mesh that I had placed in a fishing hat to fit it into a copper lined cap. Two and a half feet of layered copper mesh fit into the cap. I also added a third layer of copper foil. Torturers retaliated by mastering my legs and simultaneously pulse lasering my left nipple and left back.

On June 6, 2016, the torturers increased the pressure on top of my brain to penetrate the copper mesh and copper foil tape. I will report whether remote neural monitoring resumed.

Update:

On June 6, 2016, the Australian outback hat was delivered. Ten feet of layered copper mesh fit inside the crown. I am waiting to apply copper foil tape lining as I need to decide if a large is too large. I can put one finger between my head and the hat. My head size is 21 inches. I am considering purchasing a medium and then deciding which hat to return. I have to keep the chin cord on tight to keep the hat from falling off.

While wearing the hat, the torturers continuous wave several lasers at it. Felt like knives in my head. The torturers caused my head to itch. I had to take the hat off several times to scratch my head.

The next day, I wore the hat all day. The torturers lasered my head. Felt like my head was stabbed. Then they caused my head to itch.

On June 8, 2016, I wore the hat all day. The torturers caused my head to itch again but didn't stab it. However, several times they caused lightheadedness and exacerbated blurriness.

Ten feet of copper mesh does shield remote neural monitoring. Copper foil tape lining is not necessary but I will apply at least three layers of copper foil tape after size medium is delivered. I will return the large size hat.

Lingerie bag to hold copper mesh

Frequently, the copper mesh hangs out of my hat. I packed it in a fishnet lingerie zippered bag. Occasionally, the lingerie bag hangs out of the hat but it looks like lining. It doesn't look as bad as copper.

Even inside a lingerie bag, the copper mesh causes large snarls on top of my head. Metals emit energy but it is the mesh that causes snarls. Copper foil tape does not cause snarls. Combing the snarls out, pulls out lots of hair. Leaving conditioner on my hair does not tame the snarls. I will test wearing a wool cap underneath the hat. The cap underneath a hat, but if it prevents snarls, I will wear it.

Sometimes the lingerie bag slides back exposing the frontal part of the brain. Without a copper foil lining, the front of the brain would have no shielding. Line the inside of the crown with two layers of copper foil.
