no, killer of the trigger gets the escalation

Reversing this... if you probe down a site runner, chase him off, and kill his escalation trigger, YOU will get the next stop in the escalation (if there is one). Escalation hijacking is kinda fun.

If i warp to a combat site and there is a wreck already there that doesn't belong to me, will the potential escalation go to the owner of the first wreck?
