r/CollegeBasketball Offseason Quiz Bowl!

Hey guys, I'm the guy that was planning on doing the countdown, but the season is further away than I thought, so that won't start for a while. So, since the offseason hasn't had much for us to discuss about, I thought we should make our own discussion. And so I present the Offseason Quiz Bowl, for lack of a better name!

First of all, before I begin, I want to apologize for cluttering the sub lately. If you go to "Submitted" on my profile, you can see that I have been posting all these threads, so sorry about that, I was just trying to get some discussion going while we wait for the season to start.

Okay, now that that's done, let's move on to the topic of this thread. Every week, on either Friday or Saturday, I'll post a link to an offseason trivia bowl. You guys answer the questions and post your score, and I crown a winner the day after. The first tiebreaker will be # of answers correct, and the second tiebreaker will be the time you answer - the sooner the better.

So, I have a few questions to gauge interest.

1. Would you guys even like to see this?

2. How many questions is the perfect questions that separates "not enough questions" and "too much, I'll get bored before finishing"?

3. How can I make a quiz? Google Quizzes, is that a thing? What platform can I make these trivia bowls on, in other words?

4. Should it be multiple choice or fill-in-your-own-answer?

Also, private message me with questions and their answers! This has two benefits - I'm a busy man so it spares me some time, and you immediately know one of the questions so you get an easy answer correct.

I'm hoping to make it pretty difficult because chances are, if you are posting on r/CBB in July, you aren't a casual fan! Hope you guys like the idea, and please, please, please answer the questions.
