You state that if any hero, beside wisp, wins the arcana people will pick the hero just to play with the arcana, which is suggested by the fact they're bad at the hero ("0-8 mid ggwp ez"), which suggests that the arcana is the only determining factor in whether the hero is played or not, as the hero's role is irrelevant (for sven earthspirit and pudge are evidently all different roles) . Naturally this assumption would follow onto wisp, a hero who is arguably easier to feed with, so therefore you just argued people should not pick wisp for the arcana contest.

I opened up a topic just yesterday with tons of discussion over IO arcana and how people are voting over a meme and no one will benefit from it.
