I don't think any fanbase could have been more annoying or go completely nuts than the 2016 Warriors. It rivals Philadelphia Eagle fans.

I use to work in Bay area alot back in early 2000s. GS games were like a cheap last minute entertainment, you can always get tickets and good seats.
All those idiot fans are the worse fair weather fans you can found.

Yeah I don't envy Cowboys fans having to put up with Eagles fans.
Though we have the Colts, who are more smug than just plain awful.

I try to avoid Twitter/Instagram/Facebook for that kind of thing. I mean there are some straight-up dummies on Reddit but social media is nothing but braying jackasses who can't spell for shit.

Ehhhhhh yeah, it sucks, but I find it a little funny. There's no way to look at that slide with a straight face. Plus, they could have been much worse to us! Also...I like our good ranger fans we have here.

I understand im the minority, but I actually really like the Astros! They were my first little league team, and you guys have some crazy talent right now that is fun to watch. I would MUCH rather have yall win than the damn Angels...

Oh I'd rather be winning than the Angels too :) I've always loved the Stros more than any other sport team. I was just throwing out my opinion. Gotta laugh or it'll eat you up!

It's a joke that we got stuck in the same league, let alone the same division. Fucking California has 3 NL teams and one AL. Why not move the Padres to the AL?

It was a bet made all in good fun. I know why it's frustrating to look at but it is not a big deal IMO. NFL subs do it all the time.
We look forward to continuing this in September. Its perfectly healthy competition, and a lot better than bitching at each other's team ad infinim.

Honestly it does more harm than good. I don't care if we get an Astros image up on their sub, but I do dislike having to look at their logo every time I come to our sub. I would rethink this the next time.
Does a logo of a team seriously offend you? It's a joke, lighten up.
Maybe next time the stipulation will be nothing with a logo. I still stand by my opinion that sidebar images are all in good fun though. The Texans do it with the Colts and a bunch of other teams.
It was out of a conversation between myself and u/clutchyball that got some upvote love and a few positive responses.
Next time it'd probably be a better idea to put it to a vote so our more sensitive fans can have a say.
