It's been a little while now, any news about inventory editors?
I prefer to build so I usually load up a character with anything. However a couple of weeks ago 1.0 came out and no editors were updated. Anybody heard news about them?

Starcheat has a beta release out now for 1.0, but it sounds like what you really want is Spawnable Item Pack. Make sure you grab ManipuatedUI along with it.
This mod adds a menu in the Matter Manipulator Menu to spawn any item in the game into your inventory.
Have you used this in public multiplayer servers?
It is a client-side mod, and works fine in multiplayer servers.
