Disclaimer: To my knowledge, All of these reviews were done on the console version of the game. These reviews are not meant to capture the performance of the game, but the gameplay itself which should be no different from the PC.
As u/Tizaki puts it:
The vast majority of PC releases run just fine, and the discontent of the crowd over a bad port is a proven testament to that. People target these games specifically because they stand out from the crowd of thousands of good PC ports that run just fine.
If every PC port (or even a large chunk of PC ports, for that matter) were bad, people wouldn't riot anymore. It'd be the standard, and they'd have to be rioting constantly.
So, don't get discouraged and gravitate away from the PC when you hear of bad PC ports - these bad PC ports are outliers. Besides, if you look close at all the criticisms, you'll notice they almost all have one thing in common - the PC port is being criticized for being like the console version of the game.
