Is there anything, anywhere, a wiki for example, that is keeping records?
Largest land, sea, air and cave animal. Most toxic planet ( I found one at 117 toxicity) etc etc.
Be nice if records are kept somewhere.

There is r/NMS_Zoology which is keeping records of everything related to creatures in a series of top 10 lists that are updated regularly for basic statistics. It is a creature data/identification/classification subreddit, rather than a place to just post pictures of finds. Please come join us and check out our HoF sticky. We're keeping track of the most impressive creature stats, which adds a facet of competition and recognition to the game. We're also going to start classifying animals and try to figure out if there are any rules regarding their attributes (heads, legs, size, etc). So far the largest one we have confirmed is 7.10m tall and we've found flying and swimming creatures in excess of 3m!
Some Redditor was trying to establish a thread where people would submit proof of their record planets.

It didn't get very far, but there's still a chance.
