Boot time help

Boot Up Times Shut Down Boot: 2 Minutes and 20 seconds Restart: 1 Minute and 45 seconds Sleep: 20 Seconds

 Hello Reddit, I bought a pre-built pc from ibuypower about 8 months ago but since then my computers boot times have gone down hill and I don't know if its average or not. So since this is my first ever gaming computer and I honestly don't know if this is average or not. I have a Western Digital 1TB 7200rpm Hard Drive. So do you think it may be my motherboard or my hard drive, or is it something else that may be a factor in why it takes so long to boot. In my control panel all I have on startup are simple things like steam. Should I buy a cheap 120gb ssd and put just my operating system on it? Idk what to do.
