GitPitch - Slideshow Presentations for your GitHub Projects now open source.

I'm very happy to be able to announce that GitPitch has just been released as an open source project on GitHub.

GitPitch turns PITCHME.md markdown into interactive, online slideshows. You can use it to create and share presentations about absolutely anything. See GitPitch project README and Wiki for details:

Please feel free to submit bug, feature or pull requests. And if you like what you see please show your support with a GitHub star which helps to spread the word. Thanks and enjoy.

That is awesome! Thanks for your great work!

It would be fantastic if you could make it work with GitLab too. GitLab is like Github, but it is actually free/open source software itself.

Thanks for the feedback and your enthusiasm for GitPitch. Adding GitLab support is a great suggestion. I've actually done some initial prototyping to support BitBucket, another git hosted service. Eventually I hope to see if I can make these kinds of services "pluggable" so you can point an instance of the GitPitch server at whatever git-service interests you. No promises, but it's on my radar.

Just released, GitPitch now supports GitLab. And Bitbucket too. Seamlessly alongside GitHub. Enjoy.
