If you are a World Trigger character, what Triggers / moves would you utilize?

Assume that a trigger holder can only have the standard 4 slots.

My Trigger Set would be something like this:

  • Main Trigger (Combination 1): Grasshopper, Meteora, Chameleon, Raygust

  • Main Trigger (Combination 2): Grasshopper, Shield, Scorpion, Spider

  • Sub Trigger: Viper, Hound, Meteora, Bagworm

My fighting style would consist of the following tactics:

  • Landmines (Meteora + Spider): Nasu squad has demonstrated the possibility of setting up individual Meteora bullets at remote areas as traps, and Kitora Ai has stated (in Episode 73) that Meteora may be used in conjunction with Spider. This creates the possibility of utilizing landmines in two distinct manners – Meteora traps that get triggered when opponent trips over the Spider wires, and also Meteora traps that are embedded in the ground, similar to how Harein uses Alektor jellyfish against Mikumo and Miwa. While plain, huge chunk of Meteora bullets may be fairly visible, it may be camouflaged by finely dividing the Meteora bullets, or using the camouflaging properties of Spider triggers. Step on it… and BOOM! Better, trick your opponents into cutting it while assuming it is your regular Spider wires… and BOOM again. Next time, they’ll think twice before cutting your wires down.

  • Flying Spider (Viper + Spider): Allows remote setup of Spider wires. Shooters may utilize the flexible trajectory of Viper triggers to carry Spider bullets to intended target location to set wires up. Of course, this requires sufficient control and mastery of the Triggers to ensure correct orientation of the Spider wires. Works exceptionally well against non-shooting pursuers, as this may be cast right at them, and even if the bullet is blocked with a shield, the Spider trigger may still activate, creating wires to block their path.

  • Face Bounce: When pursued by an enemy, cast a Grasshopper right in the face. This will immediately bounce / push their entire head back, and can easily make them lose balance. Apart from being difficult to predict and dodge, you can now easily shake someone off in a pursuit, plus it gives a nice target for your sniper. It has been revealed that the use of Grasshopper is not limited to legs only, so casting it in someone’s face should be feasible.

What do you think about these moves? Are there any particular weaknesses, and how will you counter them? Do you have any moves that you will utilize if you were a World Trigger character?
