Glitched gyms

The gyms around my home have been taken by an opposing team and every time I click them to take them back my game freezes. This has been slowly spreading around the area the last week. The same thing happens on my girlfriends phone, I am running Droid and she is iOS. Is there anything I can do, report the gym or something?
