Who or what is /r/chrisolivertimes

Ever since reddit.tv was shut down, I made the switch over to the thirdparty service radd.it. However, at the top of the page where the video title used to be displayed is now a link that says "Everything you know is wrong" and directs you to r/chrisolivertimes, a subreddit that is rather confusing.

Edit - As answered as it's gonna get.
