Windows 10 bluetooth missing

I have tried allmost everything bluetooth is missing from my windows 10 i have tried to re download the bluetooth drivers i have tried turning bluetooth on services automatic and it doesnt show off in device manager so i am very confused i have even tried to manual install it from device manager and its not there if i just reset my pc will it fix it i am starting to get very pissed
