Brand new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series. Couple of questions.

Hi.

I received as a gift a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series. It has Win10 pre-installed.

I have heard a lot of bad things about Win10, so I was thinking of cloning Win10 to another HDD or DVDs, and remove it from the laptop and just install Linux.

I was thinking of installing Debian, since I've been using it on another laptop for quite some time.

Should I remove Win10 and just install Debian?

Or should I just dual boot?

I have not turned on the laptop yet, should I change anything in the BIOS so that I can install and run Debian properly, before booting any OS?

For cloning Win10, can I use Clonezilla?
