Need help deciphering these lab results.

31, F. 5'7". 130 lbs (25 pound weight gain in 1 year, no change in eating habits...chicken, turkey and tofu for protein, lots of veggies and whole grains. tons of fruit. love chocolate :) ). Caucasian. I don't drink alcohol or smoke, I don't do drugs. I also don't drink coffee, although I will have a diet coke every now and then to wake me up I mostly drink water or seltzer.

I used to train very rigorously (5 days a week) in jiu-jitsu, muay thai, and kettle bells. But due to the issues below - I haven't been able to train at all. Every visit to the gym ends up with me getting sick (pink eye, strep, norovirus, etc).

Last year in August (2015) I got Mono. The symptoms have not really gone away. I am constantly tired, and my immune system in non-existent (I have had strep throat 8 times since last august, pink-eye three times, every virus that has come my way, etc...). This is not normal for me. Prior to last August I have never had pink eye, and had strep a handful of times in my life (as a kid).

I sleep anywhere from 8-15 hours a day, I usually take a nap when possible (although my work schedule has changed and I can't anymore). It might be helpful to note that I work with children and families, and I have been doing so for the past 10 years.

I just got my blood tests back from my new doctor, after pretty much being told "sucks to be you" by my old doctor. The results she sent me don't really make sense to me, and google is not so helpful.

Here is some of the info on the sheet:

Test results are normal

Screening test for Lyme was normal, but the Western Blot was negative. (this wording confused me, what does she mean?)

EBV ANTI VCA IGG IFA Value: 160

Hypochromia- Present

TSH - .44 (L)

If you want more info from the blood work feel free to ask, I didn't want to post all of it up here. But she did the following tests: TSH, LFT, Basic metabolic panel, CBC and differential, B12.

But from what I gather - this seems to say I am totally fine. Why am I so tired and why do I get sick all the time? I have a follow up appointment with this new doc in a few weeks...but right now I am just a bit baffled.

Thanks!
