God Roll on sidearm

I am looking for what is considered the "God Roll" on a pistol?

I was also curious on the number of talents that pistols have. Obviously I know that most pistols have only 2 talents. But I believe I have saw some pistols with 3 talents on them. Has anyone else seen this or am I delusional? If this is the case then what determines whether a pistol has 2 or 3 talents? Is it RNG?

Basically I was wanting a pistol with expert, coolheaded, and harmful. Didn't know if this was possible, nor did I know what is considered to be the end all be all for pistols.
