[TOMT][MUSIC VIDEO/SONG]80's 90's video with guy on a boat and women on a bridge

Hey reddit! I'm trying to help my mom find a music video she saw. She can't remember the lyrics or the musician, but I was hoping you can help me find the music video and song with your awesome skills! She told me it's a song with long hair on a boat, possibly playing the piano. As he is riding, there are women on the bridge. If you can help me find this song/video that would be great. Thank you
