Ignoring a guy I turned down isn't working.

Hey everyone. I'm looking for advice. I turned a guy down via text and he won't take no for an answer. I have gotten random texts and calls for weeks after making it clear I wasn't interested. I blocked the number, but he has called from random or blocked numbers to leave messages. I haven't responded at all since I rejected him, which is usually a safe way to end the issue. I want to pick up one time when he calls just to scream at him to make him understand, but I am not sure if he's one of those guys where that will just escalate the situation instead of finally getting through to him. I really don't need an angry desperate guy looking for vengeance, but I need this to stop. On the plus side, he currently doesn't know where I live. What is the best way to make this idiot see reason?
