Draft Idea; Pass it forward.

Just a quick little idea I had. I personally like getting last choice sometimes, just so I can choose my hero on what the team needs. This idea will be useful for these players but also for competitive play.

The idea is basic; pass on your draft to the next player, doing so adds 1s to the timer, and can only be passed on once for each player (it throws you to the back of the queue); if you pass it to the next player it must be done before the 20s mark.

It's a simple idea, ideally not abuseable (hence only adding 1s, requiring it to be done before the 20s mark and only being allowed once), and will ideally add a nice little option for team-comp-oriented players.
