Do I have to return a JOD phone to a store or can I return it online?

So I got the Note 7 on JOD and to be frank, it doesn't hold a candle to my 6P, at least to me. I don't see the reason to have both and I am still in return policy. Is there a way I can return without having to pay the restocking fee or is it forced? Is there even a restocking fee?
