Automatically update linked sheets from Master sheet (inserting rows)

I have a workbook that contains one master sheet that has a full schedule with rows broken out by the minute. This sheet has columns for person responsible, task, and location. I will be adding and deleting time rows in this master sheet almost everyday. In subsequent sheets I have done a direct reference (=Master!A2) from the master sheet, but filtered the data by the person responsible. I would like for all these 'single person tabs' to automatically update if I add or remove a row but now it seems I have to do this manually! Thanks in advance for your assistance.

edit to add some screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/pxk67 An example of what I would like to do would be to insert a new row between rows 21 and 22 on the master tab. This new row would have a task for 'Jim' - so I would like for the 'Jim Sheet' to automatically display the addition.
