Nooby just thinking of how i would even get started.

Hey so if i were to live off grid what foods would you need to grow to have a good diet and how much land would that need? How would you get water in general? a pump or rain water? i guess its based on where you are? How would you get salt and pepper? or even sugars? how big of a solar pannel would you need to haver a decent sized house? and what would be the best way to store grey/ waste water without polluting a water source? or what are the other serious considerations before you even make a plan to use? any help is great thanks
