There are many resulting issues with this scenario - which repeats itself all the time - in mainstream (and a lot of non mainstream porn too). Namely young, inexperienced men learning about women's bodies through porn and missing this important lesson. I also find it vaguely misogynistic (certainly the guy's cock is never ignored!) I wouldn't want it to be ignored.
