Do I have gyno?

Although it may be hard to tell from pictures alone, I would like to hear your opinions. Gino or just excess chest fat? There is definitely more fat accumulation around nipple and lower chest as well as armpit area. Also, there are several small kidney bean shaped lumps throughout my entire chest and they seem to be more concentrated in the more fattier parts around lower chest and nipple. What confuses me is that there are several fibers lumps in the fattier tissue throughout my whole chest and armpit area, not just one "gland" behind the nipple. I should probably go to the doc and get it checked out but just wanted to hear your opinions first.
