Looking for local League of Legends players that are Plat+

I have been trying to get out of silver for a while and have had really bad luck and now I am too tilted to keep moving up the ranks. I am looking for plat or higher player that could possibly help me out. Please PM me if you think you can help, I can make it worth your while.
