Bookmark button is red [PROBLEM]

Hey guys,

Recently, I came across a very annoying problem. Whenever I want to set a bookmark for a location, the game doesn't allow me. So, the bookmark symbol is red-coloured.

However, if I re-log, I become able to set a bookmark location.

This is so annoying for an explorer, I want to be able to mark my locations again. I need your help.
