Noob checking In - Please Help

A few months ago I bought an MPK Mini II after having fun experimenting with sounds on FL Studio 11.

I cannot synchronise the two together well and have searched the MPK website, tips on Reddit and the length of YouTube and cannot find an easy video or clear instructions for setting the Midi Controller up.

If anyone can help me I would be so grateful!!
