2007 Hyundai Sante Fe Creaking while turning or going over bumps

Any time the suspension is loaded or I turn the car, I hear heavy loud creaaaaaaking noises. I replaced the power steering fluid and still have the problem.

However if I drive in the rain or over water it lubricates the bottom of the car and the noise completely goes away until it dries out again.

I'm not a car person. What should I do?
