Noob trading question

Hi guys, I just bought a ~£7 glock on the marketplace and it is locked for trading until the 6th go September. My account is mobile authenticated and I have never had a trade ban so why is this? And also is it only for specific skins/only when buying from the marketplace as opposed to trading? Thanks
