Champ's exclusive NMD sizing

So I'm trying to get my girl the champ's exclusive NMD and I'm not sure what size to get her. She wears a size 9 (women's) in most normal mesh running shoes. I am not sure what material these are or how the material fits. What size would you suggest I buy? Thanks
