Action Cam Suggestions??

Hi! I've been looking for an action camera for a while now and I am lost on which one. I have read reviews yet haven't felt a strong even opinion to go one way or the other. I want something with a very clear image and image stabilizer so footage isn't all cattywampus, I would use it for scuba diving (not deep deep dives) water activities like kayaking, and of course the typical woodland photo. If anyone has suggestions on which action cam would best fit me, I would greatly appreciate it!
