DCMA New Hire

I'm starting at DCMA as a CRF QAS in the next few weeks. I'm curious of what new hire mistakes others might have made, and would appreciate anyone with ~12 years of military service who might be able to walk through their buyback experience.

My timeline for this position was as follows:

Mid-March, 2016; Applied

Early April, 2016; Referred

Mid-May, 2016; Interviewed

Early July; TO

Mid-July; Medical, eQUIP, fingerprints complete

August 18; Resubmit dental form due to error

August 21; CENTCOM medical/dental clearance received

August 23; Interim security clearance granted, received FO

September 19; EOD
