I don't know how related this is to raspberry pi but I found about 20 VERDEX PRO XM4 COM. Anyone know what I can use them for?

I was digging through a box at my friends house and she said she didn't know what they were for and gave them to me. They have micro sd card slots and what seems to be a wifi antennae?
