Stood on a small piece of glass (or possibly plastic)

16, Male, UK I was at home and managed to stand on a small piece of broken glass when walking to get my phone. It was stuck in my foot for a bit (a minute at most) but I managed to get it out, dirt might've been on my foot as well or in the glass. I also walked a bit with it in my foot, mistaking it for a small piece of wood or something. The area that got wounded is bleeding a little and I am worried about tetanus or whatever could happen from what I did. I looked at the glass for quite a while, holding it with my fingers, and tried to make out what it was. I just put it away and washed my hands with cold water after that. Is it possible that I could have done anything at all? Please help me. Thank you, and have a nice day. ;)
