Are enails from dhgate safe?

I have read they use low grade titanium and have sketchy wiring but I used my friends a lot and it seems fine. Now I am looking to get my own enail and I want to know what you guys think? Should I get an enail from China or pay a lot more for a higher quality one from the US? Also if you do not recommend a dhgate nail what else should I buy? Just wondering, thanks!
