No audio with FAR CRY PRIMAL

Hello. For play with my Alpha 2 i use optical cable to Yamaha amplifier. I get Dolby Digital and DTS audio. With FAR CRY PRIMAL i've the sound only in the video and cutscene, no in menu and in game. I find many guide online like to disbale Dolby Digital and set audio to 16 bit stero 44.100 but don't work in my situation. I try another guide for delete audio ddl file inside the system32 and run dxset from game software directory. Nothing, same result. In the end i test the same guide with sound from HDMI to TV. Nothing. Sound from video/cutscene is ok. No audio from menu and in game. How i can fix? Thanks for the support.
