Statistics Problem, having issues as to why it isn't a one tailed test

A mathematics journal recently reported that the mean IQ of all statistics professors is at least 120. To test this claim, a random sample of 16 statistics professors is selected. The sample mean IQ score is computed to be 121, and the sample standard deviation IQ score equals 12.

Conduct the appropriate test of hypothesis at the 2% level of significance.

Okay, so my issue here is that with alpha = .02, my text book doesn't have t-test scores for 1 tailed tests at 2% level of significance, which leaves only a 2 tailed test open as an option for that level of significance.

Am I wrong in thinking that since it's stating that professors have an IQ of at least 120, that

Ho = u => 120 Ha = u < 120

What would you guys do in this situation. It's for an assignment, however I can do the work, I just don't get how this wouldn't be a one tailed test
