Can't tweet, follow or like.

Made a alternate account last night and was following a bunch of accounts I already know. With out thinking about twitter flagging my account as spam for the mass follow, which it did. Giving me the message "This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can't complete this action right now."

It's been nearly 24 hours since it has stopped me from tweeting, following or liking anything. Wondering how long this will last, or anything I can do.
