[SV] unlocked thanks to the almighty WHOOSH

i honestly can't believe this is even real, but i reached 40 pounds down today. i hit a dumb-long plateau for what felt like forever, but it ended after about a month. i had been stuck around 28-30 lbs lost. it remained the same through Shark Week, then i weighed myself today (2 days off SW) & the scale WHOOSHED 10 POUNDS DOWN. so i think my body might be on a 4 week weight loss cycle like i've read about on here. reassures me to not give up during those plateaus. oh & i forgot to mention, this is not even 3 months worth of progress. it will be 3 months on Sept 7th.
