Invited for job interview but haven't heard back about scheduling it

I had a job interview over the phone with a company recently. The call went great and I was invited for an in-person interview at the end of the call. They said the interview would likely be after labor day and that I should send them a list of dates that work for me. I sent them the list of dates that afternoon. That was over ten days ago now and I haven't heard anything from them. I can't imagine this is typical to take so long? Should I send them a followup message? Or should I wait a bit longer since they said the interview wouldn't be until after labor day anyway? I'd really like to get the date set because I have some other things I need to schedule but I don't want to rush them if it really takes this long to set up. What do you think?
