Limited Skins and The Odyssey

So i was around for and completed last years Odyssey but i can not remember how things worked regarding Skins not included in the Odyssey. Did Hirez still add other skins into the game during the Odyssey that are for example Chest Exclusive and not a part of the Odyssey? I can imagine they will continue to add Tier 2's for those Gods that don't yet have them as they do not cost all that many Gems. I remember Grim Mariachi Loki appearing at Halloween but apart from that all i remember are the Odyssey skins.
