Best Value SSD?

So, legitimately everyone is rockin' an SSD, even Austin Evan's Boson 3.0 is rockin' an SSD. So all I have as of right now is a 1 TB WD Caviar Blue, which is pretty fast in my opinion, I've finally decided to get an SSD, but I have no idea what's a good deal. All I really have at the moment is around $150, any suggestions on an SSD?

OCZ looks good, but I don't know if that brand is reliable.
