Are quick launch apps supported on all Huawei phones?

I really like the feature where you can launch different apps from the lock screen with different fingers but I've only seen this shown on the Honor 5X. Is this a feature on all the Huawei phones running EMUI 3.1+?. Specifically looking at the Mate S, Mate 7, P9 lite, and Honor 7. Thanks
