Best cable modem to replace BHM default with?

not sure if this is the right place. I have a basic BHN modem that can't make it through a single wall in the house. I'm looking for a modem to replace it with that can make it through one wall and about 45 feet of air. I have the 200mbit (down) package and I'd like to get as much of that as possible if that's a thing (realizing that the wifi adapter is a limiting factor as well) - any help is appreciated.
