OBD CABLE

Hey r/BMW maybe you guys can help me out. I'm looking for one of those OBD cables that will let me change various features on my car, like how many clicks the blinker makes or that warning page that comes up on the dash when you start up the car. I have a 2014 X1 M SPORT (E84) . Not too keen on the terminology so any direct links to amazon/eBay pages would be nice.
